I suggest using the smallest amount of food dye at first (like the amount of a tip of a toothpick), my mom is a baker and adds small amounts of purple food dye to her buttercream because the butter makes it yellow so she adds violet to make it whiter!
Appearing whiter and clearer are two absolutely different things. If you mix yellow and violet you get brown. If you add just a tiny tiny amount of violent to a white with a slight yellowish colour it appears to be whiter since the now extremely diluted brown is less in your face than yellow, but if you put it right next to a real whit, you would see the brown tone. Anyway transparent is a whole other thing, you can change the tone of the transparent liquid just like with white, however every additive you put in will make it a tiny bit less transparent since you physically add pigments. So you add unclear substances.

Love the idea, just a recomendation, put some salt in the bread mix, also ik the chesse mix and dont use that much amount of the chesse liquid (dont know what that is xD) but i'll use a drop counter, and you have to do flavor test to achive your goal
You should add a very small drop of purple food coloring to cancel out the yellow color. It will make it more clear looking because purple and yellow are opposite colours. Bakers do this when making butter cream frosting.
