I think the hardest part for me if I had a Flight Bag as a flight attendant/pilot would be overfilling it- lol. I travel with too much. I even bring too much to my current job as is. Way to keep organized. 😁

Just got this same bag. I bought it as a Personal Item (instead of the 5.11 Backpack Ive been carrying as a personal item for several years). I wanted the ability to carry a change of clothes In it JUST IN CASE I had to check my carry on bag. I can actually fit 3 days worth of clothes (3 pair of Jeans, 3 Tshirts, 3 Polo Shirts, 3 underwear 2 pair socks, Gym shorts, Gym Shirt, gym socks, and FlipFlops). Also Laptop Pocket easily fits my 13 in MacBook Pro. And there is still space in the other pockets.
This bag fits ALOT of stuff. I will probably only carry 2 days worth of clothes in it and 3 days worth of clothes in my Carry On. I generally like the ability to have 5 days worth of clothes without needing to check any bags. So I am hoping this will fit under the seat of a smaller aircraft but I am not very optimistic since it seems kind of big when full. SO My only concern is --- WILL IT FIT Under the seat as a Personal Item??????????? I am thinking it might be just a little too big.

Yes of course! I'll be applying for a bursary, but there's also other ways you can fund it so I'd suggest doing some research to see what will work for you :)
Where are you from sara❓
To get the camera to focus on something you hold up to it, hold your other hand right behind it with an open palm so you have more space at that focus depth.
It also may be helping to cover more of your face if the camera is designed to prioritize focus on face.
I have seen other UA-camrs have good success with that approach.
