@@Dogestar-TM That’s Puyo Puyo, though.
@@MySnugglePuppy Really? Huh never mind then...
The first game where Hal Laboratory used 86 before Fecto Elfilis’ numbered classification
86 in Japanese is shortened as “Haru” or “Hal” in English (since L and R sounds are swapped around)
Wait is THAT why this track is named that?! HAL Laboratory?
@@jadejacobs2221 the company likes doing number puns with 86
What a nice little detail! Never noticed this, I only knew that they like to fit the company’s name in several Kirby names like HALberd, HALcandra and HALtmann to mention some
Since Triple Deluxe, the number 86 has been used, for the final HAL rooms in the 3DS games, you need to wait 86 seconds in the room with the pushing walls, in Star Allies, beating Void gives 865,000 points, and, we all know Forgotten Land's use...
Fun fact, haru also means "spring" in Japanese, which is why Kirby games always release around the spring season, as well as the Spring Breeze being a recurring theme in the series.
when the kirby game gets creepy but it isn't even the final boss yet:
Ah yes, Kirby’s backrooms. I swear this part of the game was even more strange than Sectonia’s Gem Dungeon.
This would work as creepy music in the backrooms

Every time I hear this song, I imagine Mr Krabs dancing from that episode of SpongeBob where he’s thought he was A ROBOT
you mean Krab-Borg?
When I first played this game this song sorta scared me.
Mildly unsettling in a good way, as it should be
“Thank you for participating in the tour of our Synthetic Dimension Project (SDP)! As you can see, we have created a humongous new reality, though we are still working on texturing. This new universe can provide us more room for storage, housing, and factories, which will increase our profits massively! Currently, the Synthetic Dimension is running off of the same core that the Access Ark runs off of, but once we have collected a few more materials while helping planets achieve prosperity, we will be able to use a separate power source. There are still many things to work out here (Haltmann Works Company is not responsible for any injuries or death caused by glitches in the Synthetic Dimension), but we are always working hard to improve it. Remember: Tomorrow means Prosperity!”
As someone who's been playing the Kirby games since 2017, I can't really think about ID-F86 whenever I hear this song, tbh. The number 86 was always a Japanese pun on "HAL", as in HAL Laboratory, so the number 86 isn't always associated with ID-F86. Even then, there's also HAL Rooms where you need to wait for 86 seconds in a certain part to access them, notable examples being in Triple Deluxe, Planet Robobot, and Star Allies, and even in Forgotten Land.
There is also in return to dream land in a level in dangerous dinner
In all fairness the level that leads to this part of Robobot is also a lab, so there's that extra connection to Elfilis lol
0:31 is my favorite part of the first cycle.
When I hear someone said "86" I think of this
Glad I’m not the only one, especially in the new games.
ID-F86!
Ooooh, yes, this one
Fun Fact: L86 is right before L87, and 87 was the year of the bite of '87, so chronologically, the biting animatronic was made right after this area and Fecto Elfilis' capture/division
Also, L86 is a real british light machine gun
So much nostalgia
I'm really grateful this was my *first* ever kirby game
Nice you started off with a good one
You started with one of the best Kirby games

@@sonicfan82 it plays in a mash-up alongside Limitless Power from RTDL, some TDX song and I believe there's a Crystal Shards song in there too, but maybe i'm misremembering
Fun Fact: L86 is a reference to the Levin, a car by Japanese manufacturer Toyota, whose chassis code is AE86. Fecto Fartgus or whatever's lab code is also F86 or something. 86 itself could also be a reference to HAL.
