So, I don't think there will be any surprises to who his parents are. His Chinese part very probably came from both of them. Besides, he looks too much like his father to not be his biological son. Unlikely. Japonic people originated in Ancient Korea before expanding to Japan. Korea also had Tungusic peoples, and there's been mixing with Mongolic peoples as well.
Modern Japanese did not mix much with Koreans at all and the colonial period was very brief. Only the Korean nobility in the 20th century were forced or pressured into marriages with Japanese nobility, and the vast majority of them live in Japan. So the Japonic people of Ancient Korea aren't exactly Japanese but rather a common ancestor shared by both Koreans and Japanese.
Long story short: Most peninsular Koreans don't have any Japanese DNA. However, most Japanese have peninsular Korean DNA.

Dna testing can be kinda wild. You might have something in your DNA, and the place that tests it, may not have the science to detect it or to back it up. So there's still a possible chance you could have Native, if you all know for a fact of an ancestor who was native. It's best to have paperwork to back it up.
My grandmother was Creek Indian. We have her legal papers from being with a tribe. However, she married a white man and moved away from her tribe. Some of us in our family had our dna done. A few showed native DNA, and a few didn't. Most testing centers will inform you that not all dna may be detected. It's a little confusing on how it's done and how to explain it. I hope some of that made sense.

Modern South Koreans are the tallest people in East Asia though.
Although there was a lot of migration between Korea and its surrounding areas, very few of it was with Han Chinese. Jin's Chinese ancestors must be pretty recent. Koreans had far more mixing with Tungusic and Mongolic peoples when we look at the last 2500 years of history. The ancestors of Koreans were also from northern Manchuria, well before it was ever part of China. The ancestors of Japanese people were from Korea. I also did this kind of DNA test and the result was I am 98,4% Finnish and 1,6% some nomad tribe from the area that now-a-days is called Khazakstan and Uzpekistan. That 1.6% means there has been someone from there like 6 generations ago.. There has always been people who have moved around and mixed with local people, so I guess most of us have atleast some mixed genes that can be traced. (Those DNA tests can't trace back thousands of years ofcourse..) But it is funny and interesting. I have been joking that it must be that 1,6% of the nomad tribe in me, why I have never really settled down anywhere and have been moving around all my life.. 😊

      Koreans genetically O-M175 haplogroup dominant
Koreans aren't come from lake baikal koreans come from South China your ancestors aren't siberians
Some data published that Haplogroup O1b2 is the majority in Korean and so they aren't related to Siberian Turkic peoples and Mongolian
Y-Haplogroup O1 originate from neolithic Yangtze River agricultural civilization-Baiyue people
The reason Korean and Japanese have them is because their paternal gene descend from this people who later on mixed with Ancestral Northeast Asian when they migrate to Korean peninsular who includes tungusic peoples, Han Chinese related people.
O1b2(Korean) is not related to northern peoples. O1b is descedant of O1, which is descedant of O , O origin is South China.than they moved to Japan and Korea. tungusic peoples have mostly haplogroup C(C2b).

K2a/NO is roughly the ancient North Asian-East Asian gene.
It is believed to have originated in Indochina or southern China
The O-M175 haplogroup origin were Yunnan-Burma border. It has two primary branches: O1 and O2
O1b2 moved to Korea and Japan
O2 entered East Asia with the western route (Himalayan-Yunnan). And became to Sino-Tibetan
      Tibetan=33.9% O2+(51.6% D1 + 2.6% C2)
      1,O2→Tibet/Qiang tribes/Tibeto-Burman/ydna D+C→Tibetan
D has its highest diversity within Tibeto-Burmese groups
      2,O2→North China, Manchuria/ydna C2→Northern Han Chinese/ Liao River/north East Asia (O2a+C2)
Origin of Koreans: Liao River/north East Asia (O2a+C2) + Korean peninsula natives (O1b2)
Modern Koreans have O2(45%, Dongyi migrants from the north), O1b2(35% ~ 40%, natives), C(15%, migrants from the north).
During the Yayoi period, haplogroup O1b2+O2a started to arrive and spreaded to every region of Japan.
Origin of Japanese: Jomon (D1a2+C1a1) + Korean peninsula /Yayoi (O2a+O1b2).
Haplogroups C and D represents an extremely ancient lineage of modern humans in East Asia
      C1a+D1a2→Hokkaido,Sakhalin→Ainu people and Japanese(Jomon people)
C1b+D1a1→ Pacific Islands→Polynesia Melanesia Australian Aborigines
Proto-Mongolian and Tungusic may have originally been C2b, inhabiting modern Mongolia and northeast China
An point made by academic is that Y-Haplogroup C2 is original Haplogroup of Northeast Asia which get replaced by Y-Haplogroup N1a O2a from Southern China.
      N1+O2→Manchuria C2/C1a1→Liao River Civilization
      N1+O2→Mongolia,Manchuria C2b→Mongolian+Tungusic people
      The N-M231 haplogroup became West-Liaohe agricultural people-Proto-Altaic,Northern Asian groups-Uralic+Yakut ,Eurasian steppe nomads-Turkic
The N hg has appeared various times in Eurasian history:
      Xinglongwa culture> major Y-DNA: N
The ancient Finn-Uralians perhaps may represent the first wave of migrants from the east long ago (maybe 5-12kya).
The Finnish-Uralic are the result of the mixture of I (old populations of Europe) and N (Uralic)
      Southern china N1→N1a+N1b
      N1a→Siberia/replace Q1→ Eastern Europe/Northern Europe=Tatars N+R1a (R-M458),Finnish N+I,some Slavs R1a (R-M458) I2+N:Latvians,Estonians,Baltic
haplogroup K2b/P split off somewhere around the nexus of China, the Altai mountains, and Siberia. Broadly speaking Q migrated east across the bering bridge into the Americas, and R1a migrated west into what is now Iran India and Eastern Europe.
      Native American/ancient siberian/Xiongnu/ gene Q+R1a
      1,Central Asia Q,R1a→Mongolia→Xiongnu
      2,Mongolia C2b+QR→ Bering Strait→ North America→ Native American
Y DNA tests show that haplogroups Q1 and C2b are believed to be indigenous to the Americas. (R1a haplotypes may also have been brought to the Americas by the proto-Native American migrants but are more disputed since they exist elsewhere).
      3,South China N1a O2a→Mongolia→Proto-Altaic/The Liao River Civilization(Xinglongwa+Hongshan)
      Mongolian=
      1,53.8%C2b
      2,K2a(10.8%O2+10.8%N1)

@@Dickson6996 Haplogroup C3b2b1*-M401(xF5483)/C2b has been identified as a possible marker of the Aisin Gioro and is found in ten different ethnic minorities in northern China, but largely absent from Han Chinese or Korean
Genetic testing also showed that the haplogroup C3b1a3a2-F8951 of the Aisin Gioro family came to southeastern Manchuria after migrating from their place of origin in the Amur river's middle reaches, originating from ancestors related to Daurs in the Transbaikal area. The Tungusic speaking peoples mostly have C3c-M48/ C2b1a2 as their subclade of C3 which drastically differs from the C3b1a3a2-F8951 haplogroup of the Aisin Gioro which originates from Mongolic speaking populations like the Daur. Jurchen (Manchus) are a Tungusic people. The Mongol Genghis Khan's haplogroup C3b1a3a1-F3796 (C3*-Star Cluster) is a fraternal "brother" branch of C3b1a3a2-F8951 haplogroup of the Aisin Gioro.
A genetic test was conducted on seven men who claimed Aisin Gioro descent with three of them showing documented genealogical information of all their ancestors up to Nurhaci. Three of them turned out to share the C3b2b1*-M401(xF5483) haplogroup, out of them, two of them were the ones who provided their documented family trees. The other four tested were unrelated. The Daur Ao clan carries the unique haplogroup subclade C2b1a3a2-F8951, the same haplogroup as Aisin Gioro and both Ao and Aisin Gioro only diverged merely a couple of centuries ago from a shared common ancestor. Other members of the Ao clan carry haplogroups like N1c-M178, C2a1b-F845, C2b1a3a1-F3796 and C2b1a2-M48. People from northeast China, the Daur Ao clan and Aisin Gioro clan are the main carriers of haplogroup C2b1a3a2-F8951. The Mongolic C2*-Star Cluster (C2b1a3a1-F3796) haplogroup is a fraternal branch to Aisin Gioro's C2b1a3a2-F8951 haplogroup

I always considered myself to be English until recent years when I actually thought about my heredity line and though despite my mother being born in England and her mother being born in Ireland I probably don’t have an ounce of English or Irish blood in me. I would expect my bloodline to be Pakistani/Indian, African-Nigeria and European-Italian/Spanish. If there’s anything else I’ll be amazed!! As my brother, sister and I all look so different despite having the same biological parents I’m curious to know if our dna would show us having a different percentage which would explain the differences in our looks 🤷🏻‍♀️

Epidermolysis bullosa can be NBD or VBD, depending on the type. I'm a pediatric RN and I've seen a couple cases; it sucks because you can cause a blister from the tiniest thing and so if we have to give the baby IV fluids, the tape we use to keep it in place can then take their skin off which causes more issues. One kid I took care of had total body scars all over, and was missing fingers and toes from the disease. Thankfully, if Hattie doesn't have it, it's less likely you'll have a baby with it.
