Very crucial to listen to this talk on starting your life over, for everyone, no matter where you are in that process....I'm already listening a second time, started over again (no pun intended) as soon as I finished the first time. Great points Jonathan, and thank you so much for your insight and wisdom....Kind Regards from mid-coast Maine 💟☮🕉☯
We know that everything changes & eventually comes to an end. Yet we often find ourselves clinging to that which holds us back from the freedom of new beginnings. I loved the idea of like the breath, in letting go & exhaling we relax & with the intake of a new breath we bring vitality to the body & new beginnings. Thank you for this inspiring talk.✨💜
Carolyn is in my Writers group. She's the one who has had a wonderful media career, travels in her retirement, and is a super writer of great stories, many of them published. She came into our gathering last Saturday and started out by apologizing for what she was about to read, then began. Her daughter was diagnosed with ADHD at school, age 10, and received help with it. Carolyn experienced similar symptoms back then, but she shrugged it off and kept going. So here she was, age 73, getting her own diagnosis because she no longer had the energy to cope with the symptoms. a) That's one strong woman, and b) it's a very late start on a new beginning, which is basically the hero's journey of aging for all of us. But then in retirement, there's more time to meditate! :0)
Thank you. This is a good gentle reminder that we often start over in life. Knowing that it can go very well gives us hope and the courage to keep going when the going gets rough. Another gem Jonathan.
I am on it ! Perfect moment to listen to it 🔥

For me, this is what am I believing right now that's not true
Not all my thoughts are true 😮
