Only for testing. You turn it on in the menu with f2. It's going to be locked for public release.

How did you patch this? I am a Kontributer and I can't understand how to do it.

I had help from a member. It required a boot program to bypass the normal way to start the game since plus doesn't recognize on mame yet. Contact me there. I'll see if I can contact the person.
