i was so confused about how natural pb wasnt significantly less than normal pb too. i studied nutrition science in college & figured it out! it's because with natural pb there is more oil/fat per serving which is 9 kcal per gram while sugar, a simple carbohydrate is only 4 kcal per gram :-) @ Aspyn you look insane love
There were so many bright leaves this year in Utah...? That's so confusing, it was the brightest fall leaf year I remember for years. It was super early though, like late September and early October. Then we had a super cold freeze for like a week or two straight and all the leaves died.

Okay I have a QUESTION. Every time I see vlogs from the west coast, people are playing outside, playing sports, skateboarding, all the activities. Is this a west coast thing? I love it, truly, but I live in SC and I do not think this area is nearly as active. Not that we are unhealthy or don't play sports, but I don't see people my age (twenties) hanging out with friends and going to play. I am deciding to adopt this concept, but I wanted to know if this was a west coast thing of if I just hang around lame people (absolutely kidding but yes maybe we need to remember what playing is).
sarahebaus it’s definitely a West Coast thing because the weather is so damn good. not necessarily always in the north but for sure in the south. It does calm down in the summer since the heat can be overwhelming if you’re more in the desert area but yes if you’re near the beach. And actually, we tend to go to Santa Monica/Venice more often during the warmer months. That’s a long winded answer, sorry. I grew up near DC and the moved to LA in high School.

Sugar has 4kcal per gram, while fat has 9kcal. More peanuts = more fat = more calories. Healthy fats are more nutritious but that doesn't mean they have less calories. Still I do think that the sugary peanutbutter is worse for you because sugar is waaay worse for your body than fat (and probably the cause of the rise in heartdisease and the obesity epidemic).
