    I witness people these days fighting and consequently now taking control over over his or her circumstances, you are probably not likely to be in a position to become empowered when you find yourself not wishing to put together the choice that sets you free. The thing is that the selections we bring about are positively or occasionally badly augmenting our behaviour and so our everyday life.

      Commonly referred to as a whiteboard animation. You can search for "Whiteboard animation tools" there are some free ones also available

    “Changing environments instead of minds might be the best way to change behavior”, in other words manipulation. My question is, who decides proper behaviors? If a person understands the risk and benefits of any given decision, yet they decide to go against the prevailing thought, then who are we as a society to disregard their decision. Even worse, you then abuse data to coerce and manipulate that person to bend to the prevailing view with no concern of the consequential harm you may have brought to this person.
    Forget being sneaky or wrongheaded, this way of thinking is flat out immoral and disrespectful. Furthermore, these manipulative methods could be used against any one of us at any given time. Think twice before participating in any rewards schemes that requires you giving up large amounts of person data! Its liable to end up bitting you in the ass!

    How can you change the environment in order to help people with addiction to exercise and possibly anorexia?

      The first step in any twelve step program is to admit you have a problem. You can try to manipulate settings or change environments, but without a conscious commitment from the addict these schemes may drive the addict further into addiction. What this video fails to address is the consequential harms this method could result in. Plus a breach of trust is hard to regain.
