Thank you for the video, I got diagnosed with depression and anxiety back in 2014 and every day is a struggle to get out of bed. I can't get a job like a normal person because I also I can't seem to focus, to make things worse I don't have friends, well, the few I had told me to get lost when I told them that I was dealing with depression/anxiety but somehow your videos help me to relax. I've been watching your work for a while now but I never comment them but I just wanted to tell you that I feel less alone when you Upload, wishing you a great day/week.

I have no friends and no one wants to talk to me so I always walk alone, every morning when I'm at the Coffee Shop I look around and then I see people talking and laughing I start to feel sad and lonely. In January my Doctor told me that I have a very low Social level (I find it hard to talk to people). I really hope that life treats you well.

I might recommend the patient follow up with an ophthalmologist instead of an optician for eye pain. An optician isn’t trained to diagnose much or to prescribe medicines. Pleasant surprise to see the annual checkup a few months early. Hopefully it won’t be 15 months until the next one.
