In my opinion we should put more money on the shares that outperform regardless of the portfolio allocation. This way you'll chase excellence all the time(1% of the 1%). It is not about selling the underperforming shares but boosting overperforming ones. I think Warren Buffet was successful for this reason ,78% of his portfolio is in 5 stocks(AAPL-50%;BAC-12.9%;AMEX-7.5%;KO-6.5%;CVX-5.5%).His portfolio is not the last update but you get the point.
The whole point of wealth for me is freedom. My magic number in my mind is 5 million needed at 65 to not worry about anything. Am i better off investing a good portion of my income into stocks or saving my earnings to achieve this goal?

My covered call on META look ugly, $387 breakeven. Feb 2 expiry. Maybe its meant to get assigned . Just dont know what to do with the proceedings! Damn! Rolling looks ugly expensive😅

My goal is to reach 2 million by then...I repositioned some of my dividend stocks using my broker Emily Lois Parker. Now, I’m buying fractional shares of SCHD, TSLA, AMC, NIO and NVR again. Before I was after dividends for passive income but it’s slow growth so i took my chances on high growth stocks and I've gotten a 120% increase this year but hopefully I’ll reach a million sooner

man you have a lot of disposable income. Your actual gain is only 900,000. But the value of your account is up 2.4 million. That's 1.5 million of extra money you put into the market in 5 years. I don't know what business you are in, but it is safe to say you are doing fine with or without investing. And your investment advice is not bad.. but not really great either.

You can close the call by buying it back anytime . As long as you buy back the call at a lower price than the price you sold it at , it will be a profit
Even you keep stay in market, You will see huge gain long run... Making prediction and sell everything is like flipping coin, if you are wrong then you miss alot gain and dont dare to enter as price keep going up... Drop more buy more
