I love the colors, the dainty flowers. I used to do a lot of stamping from about mid 80’s up till 2010. I ended up donating most my supplies to the adult family home I had worked at for years so the clients could continue to make cards for their loved ones. I did save a few favorites and I have all the same ink colors…different brand. TFS😊
Love this. I've never seen his before. I think I'll try it in a journal. I'm so pleased to see this without any special tools. For me it makes sense to not have a lot of special tools that only occasionally get used.
Thank you so much for showing us how to design lattice folds! I love making the lattice braids on the folded edge of cards and I've always wanted to learn to make the circular lattice folds too - now I can. Adding the flower designs from Peg Stamps adds so much to these cards!
Love Lacé! Not only do I remember it. I have one die, but quite a few metal stencils for tracing and cutting. Always used with two-sided papers though, never thought about stamping wreaths around them. Thank you!
Thanks for the instructions to make my own. I don't think I would have been brave enough to try making my own, but it is a good reminder to get out my Spellbinder dies.
Love this. I bought loads of Lace metal lattice fold templates back in the day and never really used them. So now I can dig them out and use my peg stamps with them. I do remember that I used to put shiny origami paper behind the lattice, so might try that again. Thank you for the inspiration Lindsay.
Very pretty design and stamping. I saw a technique on Carol Duval years ago where she used a heart punch shape with a hollow center and overlapped them. I bet one could use the pie shape and folding for that, too.
Just made a bunch of these using my Silhouette after watching you do it...but I think you could do this technique with ANY dies that are appropriate sizes, by using the partial die cut technique where you only put the top plate up to the fold line for each cut (and rotate your paper 45* for each cut).
I like how you stamped around the diamond folds. These files are easy to make in Make The Cut software for digital cutters. I am sure a searched for SVGs would bring up some. I have some of the hand cut templates. I will have to get them out and use the again.
So lovely! Perfect for Mother's Day! I'm so excited...I just got my first set of peg stamps! I got the Cherry Blossom set! I love it...can't wait to get more! :)
Hi Lindsay, Great cards, I love the tuck lattice wreath, and a great tip to use your electric cutting machine, I would not have thought of it! so I might have a go with the silhouette machine, TFS, Cheers Anna.
Thank you for this tutorial! You have opened up many new avenues for card making....While watching the video you have inspired me with loads of ideas to experiment with using this technique.
I think you did a great job, it's a very beautiful card (cards actually) that you made. Sorry it's still so cold there, but I guess you are used to it since you've lived there all your life. Take care and stay safe and warm. God bless you and yours. Sincerely Becky B from Arkansas
Beautiful...ended up having to spend money for some brushes and three stamps ...lol..I just love the Peg Stamps...I will try to cut it out on my scan n cut or my silhouette. Love watching your vid's Lindsay they are always so informative with the best ever tips. Thanks for all your sharing all the time. : )
I can't wait to try this. Way to go my lovely Lindsey. I just received peg stamps from my new favorite stamp place. Purple Dasey Designs. Thank you for doing this one, can't wait to get started.
A technique I will consider and enjoy! I followed a lattice edge technique (I am not sure whether it was one of your tutorials) and was really impressed with the outcome.
Love your cards! I just got some of the some of the peg stamps. They are so cute.and they are so easy to use. Thanks for your tips of the trade on using them. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful week.
I did lace too and have templates. I'll look them out too. Thank you for the eureka moment. Why didn't I think of trimming off the excess rubber on my peg stamps to rid myself of halos? Thanks for the tip. I've just done it before I forget!
Lindsay, I've never seen this done before, and I *LOVE* it!! Thanks so much for sharing this idea. I also want to say that I really like the fact that you're honest and share your entire creative process with us, the good, the bad, and the ugly. LOL It helps encourage me because if even Lindsay had to work at it the first time around, then maybe there's hope for me! Please stay *YOU*. God bless, sweet pea. :-)
I like them, lots of possabilites too try as well design wise and the use of colour paper or usig some pens too color the lattice in too would be cool. im not very good at cutting out either though so it would probly take me a while too do :)
Thoroughly gorgeous work, Lindsay! Wow! Thank you for sharing this! Can't wait to share this video in the classroom! Kids are going to be all over this! :)
I still have all my Coluzzle templates and some of them are lattice ones (AccuCut brand) like these. I think Martha Stewart/EK Success made punches that did lattice cuts.
YELS YELS I have a set of the spellbinders dies and that’s how they recommended it I think. That’s how I used them but I’m going to try this with stamping
I found with the Spelllbinders dies, double sided paper was most effective. Since you're working on white, you could ink the back of the paper & get more contrast once you've folded it.
These are beautiful cards! It is all well and good if you have all those peg stamps to achieve the final product, however not all of us get product "donated" by the various companies to own all the supplies. The name "Frugal Crafter" doesn't mean much when the products are "free"
Lindsay, your recent videos, like this one are very hard to hear. I checked some others to see if it was my computer, or if my hearing is at fault, and no. It seems to be these recent videos.

Watching again and I think older kids would like to make something like this too!
Love Lacé! Not only do I remember it. I have one die, but quite a few metal stencils for tracing and cutting. Always used with two-sided papers though, never thought about stamping wreaths around them. Thank you!
I feel like these would be lovely as a snowflake motif on a winter / Christmas card
What a fun card to make, will share this with my Two youngest Granddaughters that would love making this. Thanks Lindsay.
Thanks for the instructions to make my own. I don't think I would have been brave enough to try making my own, but it is a good reminder to get out my Spellbinder dies.
These are so pretty, Lindsay. I don't have any dexterity so I appreciate that you encourage me to do these crafts without worrying about perfection.
I'm so excited by this idea! So I will be a mother's Day card letters with my students! Thank you Lindsay. Greetings from Switzerland!

Thats a cool technique! Very neat set of stamps too! Beautiful cards
Very pretty design and stamping. I saw a technique on Carol Duval years ago where she used a heart punch shape with a hollow center and overlapped them. I bet one could use the pie shape and folding for that, too.
Let me just say, before I even watch...WOW! Those are freakin' gorgeous! I can't wait to watch this video and learn how to make such amazing cards!
thank you!
so fresh and sweet! The lattice effect is amazing!

Lol you never seem to lack any creativity! You are amazing never know what your going to come up with 😊😊
what a wonderfully creative and fairly simple idea! Thank you Lindsey for doing the hard work.
Another home run technique! So pretty too :)

The cards are beautiful....have not seen this done before! TFS
I have dies that I have never gotten around to using. This is a super idea for them. Thanks for sharing 🌼
Thank you for showing us this technique. For me is is a new one. Your cards are lovely!

you will love the ink brushes, so much easier than sponges for me anyway:)

Could you use your scan n cut to make the cuts?
Very cool Lindsay! Thank you for sharing!
Wow! Thank you so much for sharing this. I had never seen it before! Love, Love, Love!

Wow, wonderful ideas!
Very ptetty...I actually have a die for this type of card...I will have to try it out☺
nice!
I still have all my Coluzzle templates and some of them are lattice ones (AccuCut brand) like these. I think Martha Stewart/EK Success made punches that did lattice cuts.
Absolutely love this!
Beautiful Cards!
Wow, love these, just have to improve my cutting skills.
Very pretty!! Thank you 💜
I am guessing this technique would look good using patterned or coloured paper with a white backing as an alternative to stamping.
YELS YELS I have a set of the spellbinders dies and that’s how they recommended it I think. That’s how I used them but I’m going to try this with stamping
This is so cool. I have some of the Spelllbinders cut, fold & tuck. This is so much more versatile. Thanks for sharing.

Mind blown! So beautiful, but I do feel a little intimidated. Lol. I and scissors don't really get along. Wish me luck!
Great video Lindsay! 😁
I have one of those spellbinders dies
Very pretty
Pretty but I'n not good at cutting with my axacto knife.
Lindsay, your recent videos, like this one are very hard to hear. I checked some others to see if it was my computer, or if my hearing is at fault, and no. It seems to be these recent videos.
