helpful tip for more detail: add loop cuts in the walls and repeat what you did for how you made the shape of the walls

That would be done in unity, Simply add a mesh collider to it.
@Kyanite export the map as an fbx, (top left it says file, then click export as fbx.) then drag it into your unity project and thats it :)
