The federal court of appeal tremendously did well in the judgement because there was no ground to hold on rather the federal government abused both local and international proceedings as a matter of fact.
Kudos to federal court of appeal and also to the lead counsel of Nnamdi Kanu,SAN Mike Ezokhome and his team of lawyers and to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as well.

What is Peter Obi's comment about Nnamdi Kanu? Many northerners are saying they can never allow an igbo man in Aso Rock. That is why Nnamdi Kanu says the Biafra region should go their own way and secede from Naija. Peter Obi can became president of Biafra. This case will not go any further in as much as Nigeria have broken the law and currently in contempt of the Court. In order for the Supreme Court to ever accept any appeal from the federal government, Nigeria must obey the Court order from the Appeal Court first. The Supreme court as a matter of principal and the law cannot entertain any appeal from Nigeria when they have not obeyed the lower court's ruling and order. The Supreme Court cannot give credence to the terrorist Nigeria government's rascality and contempt of court.

The Attorney General, Malami and the Fulani Cabals including Buhari are grapling on straws. The Appeal Court's ruling made it clear that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu cannot be charged ever again in any court in Nigeria regarding thi matter or anything relating to it. They even ruled that the Federal High Court has no jurisdiction to try Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in the first place.
Somebody needs to teach them how to read and interprete interlocutory ruling and order as delivered by the Appeal Court in this case. Malami needs to go back to Law School for a refresher.
