The strings cut into your fingers after the first 50 and they can b pretty heavy too but iremember when round bales were invented I sank onto my knees and thanked the LORD
We used to do 4000 small square bales every year with silage too they were hard work

That high moisture will not work in the export market after awhile the bales will start to burn even with acid get it around 10 or less it will work because export presses like it dry. Also HRBlock a hand full of leaves and stems and twist them count how many twists it takes to break for stem moisture. I work for and export company and we check the moisture before we buy that high moisture I walk away because it will mold in the sea can after it’s pressed just helping. Also it will save you time on kick outs from burning

@@PetesFarmingVideos that’s good to hear it made it I been kicking out allot of hay that is burned or tobacco costing the press and farmers money in lost hay I just didn’t want you to lose hay ether because that high of moisture will do that seeing this is only you third year of hay I didn’t want to see your next video the barn burns down that acid isn’t a life saver don’t depend on it because I seen allot of stacks burn at 20 and higher I don’t want to see that happen to you
