I would only suggest that besides the final question (that is great) the professionals were invited to share a few specific stocks they are following. Usually the listeners love to hear about investment ideas and few "tips" would increase the audience for sure.

Interesting push and pull process yet you need people with no egos and relentless drive for new ideas. By end of the day, investment teams' performance not a function of team size but once the source of good ideas run dry, it is the death of the future good performance.
