Don't worry too much about age. I'm a 33 y/o tricker. I can tell you it's much more about smart conditioning, injury prevention, proper rehab when necessary and not forcing things your body isn't ready for. Whenever you really want to push a new barrier, make sure your body can already handle it. I've learned these things after a few years of asking too much from my body and basically having a lot of injury-downtime in my mid-20's. But after I improved my methods, I am still getting better at 33. With smart methods you'll reach your peak by your high 20's. After that you specialize and maintain. By the high 30's (many of my friends) you start losing no matter how smart you train. But you'll likely be ok with it. Life will have moved on and the tricking mindset and lessons will live on in other areas of life ;).
Loved the vid bro, really appreciate how much footage you include of everything, so many moments and tricks that I didn't think to record so it's super nice to see so much!
im genuinely obsessed with this channel i've been binge watching for DAYS. your voice is so satisfying to listen to and it feels like a conversation. Literally every thing you say feels like youre answering something i've asked or you just know exactly what im curious about and its so calming to watch and listen to.
bro im almost 21 and im terrified of losing my tricking skills but then i get better and better still so its nice to hear that bit about ethan landing that combo 3 years later
