Excellent webinar. I like that almost all of the screens you showed were in Vertical format, as that's likely 99% of the way the iPad will be oriented in the cockpit.

      Excellent video.
Now with Starlink Mini, all GA pilots can have high-speed internet in the cabin at a reasonable price.
Simply game changing for general aviation.

Yes IPads and GPS are great Situinal awarness tools but You should still be able to read a Paper Map and fly with an E6B & compass. Electronics FAIL all the Time.

I dunno about "all the time" ... literally never had an ipad fail , and if it did I also bring an iphone.

To receive a PPL you are required and trained to do read the paper maps and approach plates.... ALWAYS A GRINCH in the bunch smh. Should we go back and learn how to read smoke signals or use a rotary phone since smartphones can fail??

@@jmizzonini - And as i read your reply his webinar goes into backups and why. Back-up number 1 - Paper and with that you would use an e6b - manual or calculator. If you've got the money for a back-up Mini or Full size good. Or refurbished aren't that expensive. Many of us (older?) folk would still carry paper.

Yes paper if far more reliable.
