It's a romhack for 3rd strike called 4rd strike, which rebalanced the game and added a few things, and no u can't get it in xbox, it's only playable on emulator like fightcade, it's pretty fun

If u have fightcade 2, u can get auto json rom script, it downloads it 4th strike for u
