How to fix a headboard Bolt.

If your headboard has become loose, it may be that the T-nut inside the frame has fallen out. It is a common problem but is easily fixed. Have a look at this video clip explaining how to fix your headboard bolt in place.

How do you fix the other end of the headboard please? The screws just fall out of the headboard, which is chipboard. This means I can’t attach the legs. Thank you.

I can't seem to get the headboard bolt to screw into the nut more than about 1 cm which means they stick out about 2 inches. It's the same for both. I tried them from the inside of the bed as well and the same story. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you
