Awesome vid bro. Just did my D16z6 head to a D16a6 block and for some reason (electrical issue maybe) the injectors won't pulse, one I get that figured out I'll have a brand new engine.
😅😊😊😊😅 I don't amigo about you guys out there I build a d15b2 16 valves 10 1 compression with shave head and mild bore and polish and thin head gasket nothing special lighter flywheel and gd clutch and a 272 Delta cam and a 38/38 cheap Weber and I can tell you I reduced my CRX weight around 1600 pounds and she fly compared to a VTEC d16z6 and turbo special after 2 gear she fly on the streets highway and I build her real cheap compared to others with thousands of dollars investment in cars and engines my is a lots of fun to drive fast gd on gas and cheap to maintenance really
Hey bro !! I bought a crx recently and the seller had the engine swapped, it looks like this same set up just stock and the head doesn’t say 16 valve just Honda motor Co, Do you know what engine it could be ??

That oil pan is factory, the JDM D15B and some other motors came with that aluminum pans, and the part shop should have that o-ring style gasket.

can a d16z6 head work on the d15b2 block?
Yes, it's called a mini-me VTEC swap, just wire in the 2 wires and get a VTEC mapped ECU or P28.
