Donni, I totally loved that you called out - discretely - the individuals copying you and that they are not using your voice and wisdom for inspiration to build from an authentic space. Being a Business Coach or Coach, in general, is not easy. It requires so much work, authenticity, experience, and knowledge that it hurts knowing people are slick stalking and copying your greatness. You are an influencer, but they have took it to another level. I hope they see this comment and recognize that they have a beautiful gift somewhere inside of them and do not need to relinquish it to be someone else. Everyone doesnt remain in their industry forever. Moving from working in something to teaching it is common across all areas of work. Brian is doing nothin wrong w his evolution. 💪🏾

I know exactly what Donnie is talking about someone duking her every move. This happend to me, this person wore down to the size of my earring size(because Ima hoopie), dress like me, hair color, talking like me etc.Its creepy and those the type of people that end up turning on you and make it seem like you never helped them to the next level. They love hate you.
I did too many coaching programs, turo, air b n b, trucking and I wasn't able to hold them all together and all my investment was split up so I know now focus and get one full service first because I spent a lot of time and money just to end up losing it all in the end.
This good advice and it's said often. But what about people who gave honed multiple crafts. Choosing one seems like a cop out especially if you're accomplished. My thought was to do something that combines them all. Honest question.

Shands, I think the Branding campaign you’re looking for, should lean into the title of “Social Proof”. Show less of the interview clips add more of your proof in your community being philanthropic, 3x’n someone’s business, etc.
but if your having 80k months as B has claimed to do, why are you just "changing your" mind and leaving the industry? it doesn't makes sense to leave that kind of money on the table and go to coaching which can be very unstable "(income wise). if the business is really on auto pilot, moving doesn't change the ability to run the business. some truth isn't being told lol
I love the episode that Dave did on the girl saying she's a business coach I didn't know what was going on at first and I was like dang he going in but that was tough love I'm sure she's better now because of it letting her know she's on BS so correct it
