Always u need to use 2A wire for any socket items, then only ur hex punch will get good life..
I used Hex Puncher Pin for almost 100K pcs. and its not yet break, for safety of my Molds I only use it up to 70K...Thanks for your suggestion, but we only do what the Costumer Order Wire.

Hi, Friend
It depend on the specific size and deep of the Hexagon Pin. You have to remember in must be in Cone Shape form. Tips, *Mold#3* - Start in Small and just make it bigger if not enough to form the Head ( this technic prevent Hexagon Pin being Broken ) Hope this could help.
