i bought a controller from cb and they sent me a faulty one. after i sent it for replacement it took 15-20 days and they send me the same faulty product back to me again. I again send it for the replacement and this time i asked for cosmic byte store credits. They said it will take 24hrs to reflect in my acoount and now i am waiting. lets see what happens
