I am so glad I saw this!! I was literally thinking about reaching out to someone, anyone for some help for healing! Because I'm that person in life/my family who helps everytime & the "if I got it, you got it" type person. And it spilled over into my relationships...instead of speaking up, I'll just be like okay, it's cool, I'm cool. I've been through stuff (who hasn't) but I've never been taught how to heal from the past and myself. Keep me in your prayers and I pray for you all🙏🏽🙏🏽❤❤

This talk was really needed.There are many of us that are pleasers and take care of Everyone.I have struggled with this my entire life.We then look around and have let things go in all areas of our lives.We wear ourselves done mentally and physically.Then when we need help, no one is available.For me it just leads me back to my father and the word.I am now in my prayer closet and regaining my strength.Our father is always ever present.Praise God.
