Im picturing the clown ambulance as follows:
The doors open and a gurney unfolds with clowns on the flank. They charge out into the hospital, followed by another set. And then they just don't stop pouring out
That’s how a couple of heart attack runs have felt with me, two other EMTs, a medic, and four firefighters in the back working the code
A clown ambulance sounds hilarious and only different to the metaphorical clown show that is private medical transport in that you can actually enjoy the shenanigans.

To be fair to Starmer, he didn't say (or imply) it would be fine to slur trans people any other time, he said this week especially when Briana's mother was in the building, as his guest. It was actually the first time I've seen Starmer genuinely enraged at the despatch box. I was pretty enraged too.
