Honestly Stoke vs Sunderland would be weird, difficult, funny, both of you locked in 4-4-2 formation for the whole rebuild and maybe going for more than 5 seasons....sounds fun!

Having lost my dad in November and remembering when I lived with my parents he'd always take an interest in my saves and ask me how it was going and always give me (usually TERRIBLE) advice. I miss that so much so seeing you do content with your dad and the bond you two share and everything else is a beautiful thing to see I'm so happy to see youre able to give your dad that role and have more time while he's getting that bread still haha

Zakharyan is a great player in game had him in one of my saves for Villareal, helped me do the league and UCL double - also recommend a Villareal save if someone id looking for a fun FM23 save, its basically wonderkid scouting and buying
Totally agree with this, I used to always play as Villarreal until this season and had great saves!
I used the 4231 with 2 AM once, it was pretty op in my opinion. Opposition always having a hard time in counter a square of 4 player in the midfield.

Hard luck OmegaDad signed some quality players and even had some great starts to the season and after the season was simulated I couldnt believe how low down you were. Should have binned off your assistant manager 😂 players underperformed aswell.

I think a fun addition would be being able to buy a player from the other person but can only do it once throughout the 5 seasons
Staying up till 3 in the morning, tinkering with your team and then getting so furious when the start botteling things towards the end of the season, you want to break something, might be the definitive FM-player experience. 🤣 Quality content as always. Appreciate your work.

Really enjoy these versus rebuilds. Just feel sorry for Omega Dad, he was done dirty in some of those initial seasons, he had good squads, they just underperformed massively, he deserved better.

Very good points system! But I'd only award 0.5 points for a win against the opponent. I'd rather have my team finish higher in the league than our rivals than to essentially not lose to them during the season; finish higher or beat them both times would be a much harder choice though. Plus you can potentially play way too many games against each other, theoretically you could get more points from these games than for winning the EL and not even beating our rivals every single time that year would bring me more joy than a European trophy
Would love to see you do a hajduk split vs dinamo Zagreb save (omega dad controlling Zagreb and omega luke controlling hajduk split) would be a fantastic one to see if you can get both teams into ucl within 5 seasons

Match day 19 is not halfway through the Bundesliga season btw. There's not 20 teams like in the Premier League, there's only 18, so that would be 34 matches in total.
