Servants are immortal as well as invulnerable to damage that does not involve magecraft or magic in any capacity. They do not need to eat, sleep or even breathe oxygen to survive, only needing the Mana you provide as a Master/Mana Battery to survive and recover from damage and maintain their physical forms. If the mana runs out, either due to damage or consumption being too high, they return to spirit form and eventually get de-summoned back to the Throne. Simple as that.
Don't you think that's a bit of a no limits fallacy assumption though? What if a destructive attack the equivalent of Star tier attacks in the tenatons hit a regular Servant with no Mana? What if it's a dimensional haxs the equivalent of a super massive black hole's singularity without Mana was unleashed against them physically as a attack?

There's many servants who are close to breaking such restrictions of a servant like Goetia. He was so close to being able to reconstruct the whole world... I have had an idea for a while about E-olga marie, specifically the one of happiness, olga marie's happy memeoires. Imagine if the reason the other Es don't want to associate with her is because she actually likes ritsuka fujimaru and her presidential singularity is along the lines of if ritsuka became a beast. It would be interesting to fight a beast version of ourself right? And then ALSO have to deal with Olga marie, I think it would also be interesting if she made it in japan with a recreation of a grail war but in the palce where the protagonist grew up.

It's the 'can Shiki kill servant?' thing again, if he just stand's there and let's Kiritsugu shoot him, yes. But even if you low-ball him like a certain someone from fate subreddit hell-bent on making people who are not servants appear weaker, specially dead apostles, he is still servant level due to his overall ranking among DAAs (which should at the very least make him on the tier of Gods considering type moon is just above him and type Ort is Abit below him. Along with a dead apostle that has made primate murder her pet) and bullets are usually no problem for servants to dodge if they are not magically boosted or incredibly high tech stuff made by Atlas. And Kiritsugu's bullets are neither, they are normal bullets with a gimmick. And even then, he would still have access to his true magic as it is independent of magic circuits. Not to mention, he is from the age of gods and a disciple of Solomon himself, it could be said that he knows ways of using magecraft without magic circuits cause there is no way he was born with magic circuits with enough output to destroy moons.

Then remember how when he was in a lost belt he could have pulled stars from space and strike you with them because he was able to access old mana or magecraft particles whatever they are called? But aside from that i think modern mages have more developed magic circuits and would be more powerful generally if put in the old times. What he did was use his special knowledge on ideal magecraft (the kind of shit that makes Medea look like amateur, though it won't work outside of AoG or times older than AoG itself) and created a giant magic circuit by using the mystery behind the alignment of planets from it. That giant magic circuit was doing the heavy lifting, not his own magic circuits. The same thing with flat (the guy that was going toe to toe with Enkidu), he wasn't using magic circuits but an unknown process that boosts his capability of drawing magical energy and manipulating it. Yeah, but Rin could still only pull 1000 units from her jewel sword. The output depends entirely on the user's output.
Tiamat has certain Authorities related to Life that causes her to not have the concept of "Death" at all, so she will survive regardless of the environment. If you try to use Mystic Eyes of Death perception on her, no lines nor points can be found because the World itself cannot actualize a way that Tiamat can die, not until King Hassan force that concept on her via Azrael. Sooooo yeah you can burn her, cook her, freeze her, tearing her into gazillion pieces and she won't die. Heck, she manages to live the bloody Imaginary number space, which is far more hostile than mere outer space.
