@MarieJorczak - well they're still together, so perhaps it was meant to be. They seem to be like-minded and I don't think that happens by accident.
@MarieJorczak-zj3ic: That even may have been true to some degree in their initial Miami Sound Machine years back in early/mid 80's. But I really don't think it's the current situation. Her accident also helped. I've seen many interviews with them together throughout the years and there's a huge bond/connection between them. They literally were forced to grow up together. And that shows. I don't say that everything was perfect all along their journey together. Nothing is. There's always ups and downs in every couple's story. And they aren't different. But why would they lie after so many years and with grown kids, grandchildren, accomplished careers together???
