Daaaammnnn man, this is legit, probably the best 707 set I’ve seen. Really shows what it’s capable of when used with skill. Just got started with mine, so it’s inspiring too. Thank you 👍👏
Man this is great just ordered the mc 707, have watched many videos of it and this is by far the best one. I my self have a youtube channel dedicated mostly to live performances, hope I can do something as good as this when mine arrives
Thanks man ! Yes you would also need two or another workaround when you want to play longer sets seamlessly ... but it is nice to keep it all in one box
Super nice. I really enjoy the blending between tracks. I used to have an Electribe and really liked the performance features, but the 707 is looking like the expansion of it I was hoping for.
Thanks ! I'm very happy with it because you can get down ideas crazy fast while having these knobs and faders to play with .. for me currently it ticks more boxes than the Elektron gear, a Deluge or an Akai Force would
@@N78munich Exactly, I was try to compare to those machine and looks like MC 707 win here, for me will be dream machine if Roland make support for Model Expansion for MC707, we need to wait to next update :) Btw. did you think about some tutorial becouse looks like you doing realy well ?
Awesome job on the various tracks you used. Amazing, after just a short stint with the device. GREAT job! I got one weeks back, thus, going now thru learning curve.
Wow, i have my Mc 707 and still figuring out how to use it and how to make a filled song like this- was so close to selling it. But think I will stick with it now.
All created with the stock presets? This sounds AMAZING and far better than all other "jam" videos I have seen so far, involving the 707/101. I am a Serato DJ guy and thus wanted to get the 8(S) first (due to TR link), but having synths integrated and create de-facto full tracks is tempting :o
Thanks! Yes it's all stock presets in this one (except for the vocal samples). I didn't try an 8(s) yet. For little bit of extra "live spice" to a DJ set it may be perfect with adding some drums / percussive stuff ... but if you think about perfoming "standalone" tracks of course the 707 will work better :)
@@N78munich Thanks my friend! Since I planned to get a Roland DJ-808 anyway, which has a (standalone) Mini-TRS sequencer integrated, the MC-707 should be a very sexy companion for both hybrid DJing and hobby producing :)
Nice one, great transitions between tracks. How often do you use the MC-707 live? Is it reliable enough for gigging? I've heard that the firmware can be a bit buggy.
Thank you! Until now i did not use it in a live situation but i think it would be quite fun! I did only experience one strange thing that sometimes when i start a new clip on a track the end of the previous one is audible suddenly even if it was muted before ... i can't reproduce it though, but it would not be good when using it live
hope to see more use of the multi master fx in the next live set. you hit on all my favourite styles and demonstrated how stock presets in the box actually sound dope!
Are there an Editor for projects? Or can mc 707 handle 8 track with samples as an export from ableton? Or how you bring all the samples in the each tracks?
Really nice. Just waiting to receive my 707. Is there a tutorial of how to structure a set list like yours? Can't seem to find anything regarding sets.
Thanks! In this one i used two rows of clips for each song .. just be sure to set the sound source to 'clip' on each track at the start so you can use different sounds on each one
This one i sampled from the internet actually. When i wrote "all sounds come from device" i meant that nothing was added in post :) altough indeed only the voice parts came from external sources if i remeber correctly

Nice! I keep coming back to the 707, its hard to manage the loop sample limit, but such a fun box
This clip arranger + different sounds per clip on the same track is golden on this machine. Got mine yesterday
Really enjoyed this, well done. Skilfully put together. I love my 707 too

You did!
Nicely done, great structure and workflow. Really enjoyed that. Thanks.
Thanks !
Better then never, right? This is just pure awesomeness!!
Way to demonstrate mastery over the MC707. Very nicely done!
Great house and techno music machine
Part 6 amazing
In my thoughts you're using much zen core
on a very high level:))) Compositions and mixed live🙏
Ni-hi-hi-hi-hiiiiiiiice!!!!! The A.D.D. knob twidling was cracking me up though😂 But actually sat and listened to this . Excellent work my friend!
Haha thanks! 😂
THIS IS SOOO AMAZING!!!!!! Greetings from Perú!! What a vibe!!!
nice mix and play on, you're a natural house talent!
Excellent overview and jam, it helped and inspired a lot, thanks
This is a start to show how it's done on the mc 707! Imagine having two, for creating on the fly as well.. Great stuff N78!
Thanks man ! Yes you would also need two or another workaround when you want to play longer sets seamlessly ... but it is nice to keep it all in one box
I think a seperate drum machine like tr8s or something would work well too
Best session I’ve heard on yt!!! Kudos!!! 👏 I just bought a 707. Eagerly waiting for it to be delivered!
Thanks man! :)
Thinking about trading out a synth for this after finally taking the time to check it out.
@@drumroller27 I was thinking the same thing just now. Don’t know how much more capable the 707’s synth engine is compared to the monologue xd though.
That was brilliant man. Great vibe and great intuitive feel for how to use the MC-707. loved it
Thanks man!
Dope, I just got a 707 i really enjoy it also.
this spoke more words than every review. Amazing!
Thank you 😄
Phenomenal video, probably one of the best demos I've seen of the 707. About to receive mine so this has me even more excited.
Excellent!!! see this as an compact handsome alternative or addition to my Ableton Maschine daws.

Very nice work.
Hi nice jam
which zen core you used
and where i find those nice drums in part 1
( even zen core?)
You mix very good for one week using the mc 707😅
This is EPIC!
Beautiful!

thanks for this mc-707 jam. one of the best here on youtube 🖤👍
Nice vibe

Отличный ролик 👍👍👍 Продолжайте в том же духе 👏👏👏🇺🇦
Спасибо!
Very nice to see (and hear)!
track 5 fire hottt
Very nice. Well done 👍.
very nice
That groove at 16:32 has my head bopping.
Nice ! For this it was already worth sharing the video
Yeah, Track6 is phenomenal! :)
really dig this!
🔥👏
Awesome work! Question - what preset is that organ bass sound on song 5? Sounds great but can’t find it on my 707
Great
Skills💪🏻
Love it
Just got a mc-707 and have been listening to this for inspiration. Spot on. How did you get the samples on?
tremendooooo!!!!
Muy bueno,graciassss
Does this also work as the main brain in a dawless setup, I'm looking for something to sync all my instruments and clock together

Nice man!
What preset are you using for those beautiful piano chords?
nice
Great performance .. About voice stealing, did you had any issue with it?
Thanks! .. no i didn't have any issues but i did not try more ambient music styles yet, maybe it would be a bigger problem there
Very nice :)
Hey! What do you think this vs digitakt vs mpc one/live?
Are you still using the MC707?
Where u find that johnny vidacovich vox in the mc 707?

Can I buy this clipset for the MC707 ?
Did you generate the chords with the Chord Designer?
Do you sell this performance. It would make a great learning tool. I can send money in advance
Thanks but i am currently not planning to sell projects. Hope you understand :)
:)
Je trouve pas le son exceptionnelle, un peu déçu...
