- I've been super busy lately getting my DTG Business up and running. Today I wanted to tell you guys how I got customers after only an hour of starting my online DTG Print Business. My goal is to hopefully help you guys out in case you plan on starting your own DTG or Screen Printing business from home. In my opinion this is the best way to make money from home especially since DTG doesn't take up too much space and you can find the DTG machines fairly priced on sites like Ebay. I hope you guys enjoy this video.

We don't offer print on demand but we do print small orders. I'm going to make videos printing with the machine very soon! Super stoked about it.

were u heat pressing shirts prior to the DTG? I'm so over the whole heat press thing and considering getting a DTG printer...used of course something in the $4000-$5500 range....it's a good chunk of change do u think it's worth it?

I'm interested in starting a small business like this as well so definitely looking forward to more in-depth content on the subject. ROI and tax videos are always so exciting (sarcasm) lol. Seems like ink cost per garment would be a headache to figure out... do tell how you came to the conclusion that it's potentially profitable, pretty please :)
Brad thanks for the comment man. The cool thing is some of the more expensive machines calculate ink cost for you. My particular machine doesn’t though which kind of sucks.
Dang Charley, I wish I knew you were looking for a DTG printer, I would have sold you mine. I've got a really good one, brand new and haven't used it at all and it's still under it's warranty. I bought it brand new and didn't realize how big they are and have no room for it currently. Still debating if I want to keep it for the future and restart my tshirt business or if I want to sell it. Spent a pretty penny on it so to speak.

It's the Omni Print Freejet 330tx, I spent over $20k for it but I just found something compact and small that I'd like to get but I need to sell this one first. How about $6k-$7k? HUGE discount but I want to get rid of it and I'm liking this new smaller one. It's called the Richo RI100. Much smaller footprint and the heating element is right inside stackable so you don't need a separate heatpress.
My concerns with the DTG’s are ....the price for 1 and 2 the slow process of full color printing on a shirt when it comes to huge orders

That machine such ok so I had an mp5 and they horrible , get rid of it .
Charley like the posts but lets get one thing straight Starbucks is s**t full stop .... believe me I have been in the coffee industry for more years then you have probably been alive. you need to find an independent coffee roaster/shop that has a passion for coffee.... coffee I know, the internet e commerce just learning so on that subject I know f**k all .... but learning fast
Les Patrick I agree though Starbucks is a corporate giant. Recently I’ve been exploring local coffee shops more and supporting their coffee.

My set up on coffee is more or less the same as a shop but in my kitchen ... a very large commercial machine water filters grinders etc ... just to give you an idea the grinder alone was (currency current exchange rate) $1970.43 the coffee machine alone is about 5x that .... crazy I know :)
