I also think people can have sugar from time to time in certain doses without it affecting their health in a major way. I think being too fixated on those details can quickly become unhealthy and obsessive rather than demonstrating wellness :)

If i were you i would be taking advantage of your ralph lauren connection, wearing wild western wear, i would also be hitting up the vintage mens wear in palm springs -- so many cool vintage shops there, and you have the physique to pull off such unique looks!

You seem like such a smart and nice girl, please consider the harm flying is doing to the environment. You don't need more trips.. Also, almond milk is horrible for the environment as well. It takes a crazy amount of water to produce. Please think about the climate ❤

milkadamia! i've loved it for years. i love when a coffee place randomly has it! i walk dogs by gjusta at least once or twice a year. i didn't know they had coffee and sourdough. i need to check them out this month and drive over from la cienega blvd and pico. also, i agree on the oat milk. i cut it out a couple years ago. i felt i gained 5-10 pounds on it too...maybe. but that's not one of my goals. i also relate to cramming too much in before travel. it gets hard to sleep and it feels like yoga and meditation don't work as well during stressful schedules. i hope you were able to find glimmers of calmness. i had a similar journey - more organized now and want things planned out and when something changes i don't like it but try to adjust. p.s. love those dyson heaters! the indoors be so cold!

Maybe it would also be good to integrate more sustainable, climate-friendly, eco ways of living your best life? Travelling is great, but flying around the world kills the planet 😔

oatly is the worst milk its got so many additives, oils etc. plenish is the best its literally just oats water and salt :)
