I went to a spinning class once, while I was visiting my parents in my hometown. it was a verrrry small group (maybe 8 people tops?) and at one point the instructor went „we are here to cycle, not for A WALK IN THE PARK” and that was 100% aimed at me. so I feel ya.

Beauty videos I love to watch: empties, anti-hauls/products you won't repurchase, monthly favorites, non-beauty/lifestyle favorites, Q&A while doing makeup, trying Black owned brand products (not just makeup, but also clothing, jewelry, artwork, whatever), top ten of some product (like top ten favorite concealers, mascara, etc.), full face of products you HATE, high-end vs. affordable products, makeup collection you would have if you weren't a beauty youtuber, husband picks my makeup
ALSO PLEASE BRING BACK KAT CHATS/STORY TIME! AND YOU NEVER DID YOUR ZODIAC PALETTE OR SO JADED PALETTE SERIES AND I WOULD STILL LOVE TO SEE THEM, ESPECIALLY SO JADED.
Also Kathleen, if you ever see this, I would love love love for you to do a series on your channel where you just do makeup while reviewing tv shows/movies! Just sharing your thoughts on the plot, characters, favorite moments, etc.

YES the OG videos. My faves are: #1 monthly favorites, Sephora/ Ulta hauls, Kat Chats, GRWM, and full face first impressions. And adore when you do unboxing/ try ons! I love to see how you apply and use things, so I can do the same. 💕 I can’t tell you how many things I have purchased that you recommended on a monthly favorites video!!

My favorite beauty videos are makeup declutters, hauls, and tours! I love “what’s in my makeup bag” type videos as well.
in regards to beauty content: when you put out your colourpop collabs, namely the zodiac palette and the dream street palette, you said you were gonna do a whole series showing how you used them separately, together, etc and you showed these beautiful color combos from the palettes. you didn’t really do it. and i know it’s too late for so many people to get those palettes, but i’d love to watch something like that, showing your creative side with the color combos. if that makes sense! (i obviously was very interested in the concept, i’m still thinking about it 😂) ILYSM

When I was a newbie in the makeup world, I used to watch a lot of makeup reviews and swatches (foundation, concealer, lipsticks, pretty much every makeup product) because I was still starting to build my collection and I didn't have any idea what products are good, what might work or not work for me and how do they look on other people, especially people who have a similar skintone and skin type to mine. But now that I know what makeup products I like and I've actually more than enough makeup, I looooove watching makeup tutorials. They don't just give me makeup look inspiration but there's just something in watching other people apply makeup that's satisfying and relaxing (especially if they're good at it). So it's not really just makeup tutorials that I love to watch, any video where one applies makeup I will watch that! Ex: GRWMs, trying on new makeup, makeup challenges, etc

honestly FAVOURITES and HAULS will still forever be my fave videos!! even if it's a GRWM using favourites or shop my stash!! shop my stash videos have also been a recent favourite because i love seeing people revisit old or unloved products, especially for those who aren't consuming and buying new makeup these days :)

I just wish we could see more two looks with one palette tutorials from new or even older palettes, so that we can use what we already have. You could do a daytime look and an evening look. I just miss the old school videos and they’ll be watched several times because people will need the video when they pull out that palette to get ready. 💕

Because we have SO many eyeshadow palettes that came out years ago in our collection or even recently released palettes?? But I’d love eye looks on all older eyeshadow palettes one that we would already have! Xxx
I would love to see you do a “palette bingo” video inspired by Emily Noel! She did it with her own collab palette and you should do it with your So Jaded palette! That would be fun and make you step out of your comfort zone with a mix of different colors!

I'm all about the "old school" beauty videos! They make me comfortable and ease my anxiety (ik that's weird but I don't get it either lol, I think maybe it's because I know what to expect and don't have to worry about something unexpected setting me off idk)

I do love old school youtube videos, boxycharm unboxings (because I'm always curious what everyone else got), then interactive videos with the audience (trying our fav makeup, trying our worst makeup, etc.), and combining beauty with other things you're passionate about (I combine it with books, some people combine it with cooking, murder mysteries, ghost stories, etc.)!

I love full face first impressions or just first impressions in general. I also enjoy full face of theme (high end, drugstore, one brand etc.) makeup. "Shop my collection" are also good, as well as dupe videos. Even just "everyday" makeup videos or "top 5" products in each category.

i love the old school videos with the random fun ones in between. even so, i have some ideas that i think could be fun: video chat makeup instruction with jessie or whoever really (you can only hear each other and you have to copy each other’s makeup), holy grails of each type of makeup, the classic empties video, doing your full face of makeup only with your non-dominant hand, the three color drawing challenge but with eyeshadow (you are given three random colors and you have to make them work together but you can only use those three colors) OKAY that’s all i’ve got love your videos 💕💕

Favourite beauty videos are 'top foundations / review' 'top mascaras / review' etc. Basically love knowing what your favourite makeup products are and why so that I know what to go try out myself ☺️☺️☺️💖💖💖
