Jay’s cooking never disappoints us! To be honest, the traditional way of baking turkey only looks good in pic but the taste…..😅 Jay is so smart as he chose a much better way to cook turkey. 👍🏻

I'm from Singapore. I didn't really like the coarseness of roasted turkey meat the first time I tasted it. I've never touched turkey meat since then. I guess braising it probably tenderise the meat, so may make it more palatable to the taste bud of a non-american such as myself.

You may want to try to cook the turkey using Singapore's "Hainanese Chicken" way of cooking, which is boil for 5 minutes, then take out for 15 minutes to allow cook by itself (heat outside cook in), not over cook. Do for 2 or 3 times. This keeps the tenderness of turkey... I tried this many years ago. Then create the soya sauce with sesame seed oil sauces and chillis.

我自己很喜歡烹飪，飲食也不侷限於單一國菜色，餐桌上的菜就像是聯合國般的熱鬧，把家裡老小的胃都照顧得服服貼貼的。看了那麼久影片，說真心話，Jay真的很厲害，不只是下廚，很能隨機變通，順手捻來，就可以做出另一道新菜來，而且收伏了所有人的胃，真的不簡單。

用中餐烹饪鸡的方法烹调火鸡是肯定成功的，无论如何都比烤整只火鸡好吃，我曾经把一只火鸡一多半红烧，另一小半连同鸡爪内脏加香菇炖汤，很成功。人多的话咖喱火鸡加土豆胡萝卜也很好。
