Of course I’m only a Kymco guy but I mark the nuts with a sharpie to the hubs . Use a Mac 20V impact to loosen and tighten back to the marks and a final zap more for luck
I watched this video to install new sliders a few years back, searched everywhere for that washer thinking I'd lost it. Tonight I installed the Fuzzy washer. Very pleased with results. Thanks again MicBergsma, your videos have made owning this bike easy.
bro, what about impact gun wrench to open the variator? but i heard that using impact gun wrench might spoil the crankshaft threading when so much over-torque. so is it better to use manual tool wrench to do safe?
@@MicBergsma yup, torque wrench better bcause safe . make sure the pulley is fully sit in well , i see the way you do is perfectly and no issue on your bike. my friend use impact wrench then threading gone like nut cannot tighten in.

xxx1902Atp e33 impact wrench is fine to remove, I prefer to use torque wrench for installation to be safe
