I bought this radio in 2016. Is there a firmware update for it? I can only go up to channel 300 something on SXM, but there are more channels on there now. I believe it goes up to the 700s. I cant find a software update for it anywhere, only for other models.

Hi Todd, we're glad to check. What brand and model radio are you asking about specifically, please?

It's hard to know for sure why your particular unit isn't working with AUX or Bluetooth sources. Your best bet would likely be to contact Alpine's support directly about this issue--you can reach them at 800-257-4631.
      I hope that helps.

I might have missed it but I still don't understand how to access Sirius satellite channels on it..

When you have the supplied tuner & antenna properly connected, you should be able to access the SiriusXM tuner by pressing the "Source" button repeatedly until it comes up. You'll also need to activate a subscription with SiriusXM.Hope that helps!--Crutchfield

I was able to see per the manual that first, you press and hold AUDIO/SETUP for at least 2 seconds to
activate the SETUP mode. Then Turn the Rotary encoder to select AUDIO, and then press the magnifying glass/ENTER button. Next, choose turn the Rotary encoder to Factory EQ and then press the magnifying glass/ENTER button. Then you should be in the list of factory EQ presets. HTH!

Sound settings are covered on page 15 of the Alpine owner's manual. If you no longer have the manual, you can download a PDF copy from the stereo's main webpage at Crutchfield.com:

      Hope that helps!
