They're actually never been a good leader but usually turns out little selfish in the end. Coming from a Past Pupil of the College, Tribalism can be seen clearly within the college. Many people will say they are not taking help from their tribal bodies but they will have secret meetings and will vote only for their people while other tribes who are termed to be advanced will split and later regret. I’m always against tribalism and if I were to vote, My heart goes to the 3rd Candidate. Some people will say alot and do a little while some will say less and do alot.

Letting go off the ism and bias in the process of election in the college level would nurture the future oriented agendas once and for all. Its quit reminiscing to see our boys and girls participating in the college election which is the foundation of our democracy nature at large. Putting forward the core objectives students council in a tiny bulks of flaws is what we may do do away in the best possible ways but I believe this is the beginning of something we usually called leadership. When i was in the college, i was introduced to tribalism through such election but i must tell you the thuth that i never voted in favor of my tribe or the known one. I always stood up for free and fair election because i thought this were the beginning of my real world.
First of all we must understand that we are in the college to study and then learn. To manage and change the system is the duty of the concern authorities. Please don't follow the trend of shouting and screaming for a post of student council president if you are to bring change do it from your school and college by doing aways such unnecessary screaming and shouting. All candidates may be capable but I see quality from the third candidate presentation of speech.
I love all my naga brothers and sisters but when it comes to leadership please never go for the tribes or your closed friends whatever etc ..but select the wise one who have good thoughts, who are good in understanding and also who can handle all kind of soft of hard tag for the betterment of our naga society.
