Thanks so much for this video! Your clear explanation helped me resolve my Power Automate issue, and I was able to successfully run the flow. Keep up the great work-your content is truly valuable!

Hi , thanks for great explanation. How can we modify this to send emails from shared mailbox? Also, if we have couple of more attachments, which steps should be repeated?
Hi, Thank you for the comment. You can connect the shared mailbox in the 'Send an Email (V2)' action. I haven't tried this since I don't have a shared box, but it should work. For multiple attachments for a recipient, the flow design would be different. We need more conditions before the 'Send an Email (V2)' action.
I tried with shared mailbox option and the flow ran successfully but the get file content step is getting skipped with an error 'not specified'. Can you please suggest?
Hi - this is fantastic and just what I needed. I was able to get it to work. I did find an interesting bug (most likely user error) and that 1 of the recipients is receiving 2 emails with the same body but with different attachments. Any idea how this can be troubleshooted? Thanks again for a wonderful video. upon testing. It appears to be an issue with the first email in the table that receives as many emails and attachments as in the table. So, if I have 3 recipients in my table the first recipient receives 3 emails with the same body in the email but with different attachments.
Hi, I'm glad you found it helpful. Can you check the flow to see if the actions are in the right place? Have you added them in the correct loops, as in the video? One more thing: Did you place the contacts file in a separate folder from the attachments folder? It needs to be in a separate place; it is mentioned there. You can send me screenshots of the whole flow at hello@technologiate. I will have a look. Thanks.
Hi, this can happen if you keep the Excel file in the same folder where you saved the attachments. Can you try moving the Excel file to a different location? It should work.
@@technologiate why it send 2 emails? 1 to me and another 1 to the correct email? I didn’t input CC & is there any demo if we want to input 2 attachments in 1 email?
Excellent, Followed the same but i got below error while i clicked "save button" Flow save failed with code 'InvalidTemplate' and message 'The template validation failed: 'The repetition action(s) 'Contatcs' referenced by 'inputs' in action 'Send_an_email_(V2)' are not defined in the template.'.'.
If you are having an issue with reading the contacts table, make sure you are using the correct action for the business account. Also, sometimes, it can not read the data for some Power Automate issues. Close the Power Automate windows and try again in that case.

Why when I run, it send 2 emails? 1 with the attachment pdf & another one attachment with excel which we used for list rows present in a table.

@@technologiate Yes i did.. getting below in contacts Add to each

Hi, are you using a Microsoft 365 account or a free account?
@@technologiate im using a microsoft 365 account

@@jentrh It works with any type of file type.
