7:25 that is the most expressive face I've ever seen Rocket do.
And it's fucking hysterical
He’s like “awww fuck”
Rocket: 😬
@@dylancole1910 😶😐🤨😐😩
To this day I’m still disappointed that there wasn’t a scene where Rocket met a real raccoon on earth.
[Edit] Just got home from the theaters 🙂
That would be epic..
there's a third guardians coming out, so there's still hope
Or Flerken
@@zakatak6663 when?
"Hey, babe, how you do--HOLY CRAP"
3:34 parallels so well with the High Evolutionary after seeing Vol3. And it hits so much harder after seeing his story. He really did just lock everything away and bury with false apathy.
Gotta give props to Cooper for evolving from using his normal voice to giving rocket both an accent and a different tone throughout the series
Yeah.He went
w/imitating 1 of his neighbors
Rockets sense of humor is coming from the pain in his heart. He know he has to stay strong for the ones he cares for. Plus hes truthful & hilarious
after watching GOTG3, "coming from the pain in his heart" is a massive understatement. Dude went from hell
IM REWATCHING EVERYTHING AND EVERYTHING HE GOES THROUGH MAKES SO MUCH MORE SENSE 😭
Best character in the mcu, hands down
That is very much an understatement
This comment section has become a group for people traumatized by GotG 3. That's a good thing.
@@jejenner123 dang right.
When you realized Rocket uses insult as a coping mechanism it hits harder.
3:34 Especially this part.
“Rocket roasting people for 10 minutes strait.”
More like “Rocket being my favorite character for 10 minutes strait.”
Epic plot twist: Rocket's not straight.
@@tautau1a Lol and I never spell straight right as you see 🥲

Only Rocket is strong enough to slap Thor if the face and make him hurt!
It was more emotinally
He also trash talked captain marvel
Best scene in the entire franchise. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I about died laughing.
7:40 "Of course I care about the animals!"
"And the people?"
"... eh."
Man, the way we find out why those are his priorities... 😢
and here i thought he was just being sassy lmao....
Damn I was looking for this comment
“oh booo hooo hooooo my wife and child are dead” 🤣 now that’s my type of humor
I'd love to see Rocket celebrating Christmas or Thanksgiving with his group on earth.
While they are eating a murder happens next door and the whole family is outside crying, in shock.
Rocket tells them "HEY WOULD YOU GUYS SHUT UP? WE ARE TRYING TO ENJOY OUR MEAL, INCONSIDERATE ASSHOLES"!
His group looks at him in shock without saying a word and Rocket says
"Can you believe these people"?
@@crazyoliver7877 Marvel atm: write that down write that down
Just inches away from getting KO'd 🤣
Probably a good thing Punisher wasn't around to hear him say that. Lol
@@charliekeene2003 He would have no reason to say it to punisher.
Drax was consumed by the rage and dragging everyone he knew along for a suicide run.
Frank Castle was focused by his rage, and put a load of planning and consideration into his revenge. Castle has his moments where he goes full Drax when plans fail, but for the most part he's measured and precise.
Drax needed a wake-up so he would start acting like a team member
1:53 I like how you can hear his voice break slightly when he says "leg" as if trying not to laugh
3:35
i honestly dont really get why people thought he was being an ahole when he said that before vol 3 came out. i agreed with that statement from the start and it just shows how much he actually cares for the guardians. plus he's right, just cause someone went through trauma doesnt mean they have to or can put others through it too.
I want a separate movie with Rocket and Groot during their bounty hunter days, or maybe a series. That'd be frickin awesome, not to mention 90% cgi. 😂
There is a short series of Rocket and Groot
Rocket and Groot Shorts
@@springheartedtiger 😴😂😂😂

"Rocket n' Groot: Bounty Hunters"
In volume three it's suppose to be about rocket and Groot
3:02 it always kills me when he imitates the collector's hand movement.
Same here😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
That💩was the best!
Star-Lord: I’ve been flying this rig since I was 10 years old.
Rocket: I was cybernetically engineered to pilot a spacecraft.
That line means so much more after seeing Volume 3.

"You like a professional assh*le or what?"
Me too, I’m dead 😂 😂😂
I was so caught off-guard when that happened 😂 I couldn't stop laughing in the theaters
"So, like, are you a professional asshole, or what?"
wish i could use that line some day but odds are it'll get used on me
I've used that before it was ever made hilarious by Rockett
not sure how i feel about all the "likes" on my comment :/
The likes are only there because we can all relate 😂
You cant have it both ways m8 XD
"Pretty much a pro"
9:47 “come here, right here” the ECHO on that slap, Rocket hit Thor hard as SHIT 😂
Bradley Martin slap
“Why would you want to save the galaxy?”
“Because I’m one of the idiots who lives in it!”
Such an underrated line
And a very valid point
I like how 3:29 and 9:47 parallels to each other. In the first one Rocket has no idea what Drax has been through, but in the second scene he understands why it’s so hard for Thor to get it together. In both of the scenes Rocket is trying to teach them a lesson even if he can come off as harsh sometimes.
This comment aged pretty bad
@@marielosvindas1247 Because of what happened in the third movie? I know this comment I made is from way before it came out.

You remember that one scene in gotg ii where him and Yondu have that talk. How they're basically the same. Yondu literally tears his external walls down, revealing who Rocket is deep down for the first time ever. Yondu seems to be hostile at first, but he understands Rocket. He sympathizes with Rocket. He knows Rocket. Because he is Rocket.
"I know who you are boy, because you're me."
Such a beautifully written, underrated, emotional scene.
GOTG 2 is such a underrated, well written and beautiful sequel
Ýondu is a spaceneck
Now i know why Rocket always want to get some inmate’s phrostetic leg, some ravager’s robotic eyes, and Bucky’s robotic arm……it reminds him of his old friend from Batch 89
Watching this makes Rocket's journey as a hero really noble and cool in retrospect, even though he's a professional asshole.
I'm 100% convinced that he should be the captain of the Guardians, not Quill nor Thor. He's the most mature and level headed at the end of endgame.
Yeah but does he actually want that though?
In all iterations he seems comfortable just being there as the resident genius and tech expert free to do his own thing.
I can kinda relate being second in command is usually less pressure and you have the leader as your shield you support from the back if things go bad.
@@kennethsatria6607 That's a great input honestly, and I hadn't thought of that. He may be the most qualified, but if he's not willing, he still wouldn't be an effective leader. I guess Quill still has to prove his competence if he wants to be the captain again.
Quill is still the captain though.

His emotional pep talk with Thor got me unexpectedly. After knowing that the Guardians were all he had after losing his cage friends.. it’s just so touching. Tough love for sure but you can tell he really cares, about everyone. I would love for Rocket and Thor to see each other again, they had really good chemistry.
I could see why James Gunn said that Rocket is the heart of the team.

Amazing scripts, amazing animation and amazing job by Bradley Cooper, gotta give it to him as well.
I love Rocket so much, I love how he’s different from the rest of the characters.
