Probably a good thing Punisher wasn't around to hear him say that. Lol
@@charliekeene2003 He would have no reason to say it to punisher.
Drax was consumed by the rage and dragging everyone he knew along for a suicide run.
Frank Castle was focused by his rage, and put a load of planning and consideration into his revenge. Castle has his moments where he goes full Drax when plans fail, but for the most part he's measured and precise.
Drax needed a wake-up so he would start acting like a team member
"I was Cybernetically Engineered to pilot this space craft"
"You were Cybernetically Engineered to be a douche bag"

And it's fucking hysterical
He’s like “awww fuck”
Rocket: 😬
@@dylancole1910 😶😐🤨😐😩
I think "You've got issues Quill." Is the biggest roast because that one sounded like genuine concern within a roast. When someone like Rocket actually sounds somewhat concerned, especially talking like early series Rocket, you know you just fucked up.
It's like when Evelyn Harper told Charlie to Seek Help.
Yup😂
I mean he is not even wrong.
3:34 parallels so well with the High Evolutionary after seeing Vol3. And it hits so much harder after seeing his story. He really did just lock everything away and bury with false apathy.
“Rocket roasting people for 10 minutes strait.”

I was so caught off-guard when that happened 😂 I couldn't stop laughing in the theaters
When you realized Rocket uses insult as a coping mechanism it hits harder.
3:34 Especially this part.
Rockets sense of humor is coming from the pain in his heart. He know he has to stay strong for the ones he cares for. Plus hes truthful & hilarious
after watching GOTG3, "coming from the pain in his heart" is a massive understatement. Dude went from hell
IM REWATCHING EVERYTHING AND EVERYTHING HE GOES THROUGH MAKES SO MUCH MORE SENSE 😭
Best character in the mcu, hands down
That is very much an understatement

Rocket: I was cybernetically engineered to pilot a spacecraft.
That line means so much more after seeing Volume 3.
“Why would you want to save the galaxy?”
“Because I’m one of the idiots who lives in it!”
Such an underrated line
And a very valid point
Only Rocket is strong enough to slap Thor if the face and make him hurt!

I like how 3:29 and 9:47 parallels to each other. In the first one Rocket has no idea what Drax has been through, but in the second scene he understands why it’s so hard for Thor to get it together. In both of the scenes Rocket is trying to teach them a lesson even if he can come off as harsh sometimes.

Watching this makes Rocket's journey as a hero really noble and cool in retrospect, even though he's a professional asshole.
I'm 100% convinced that he should be the captain of the Guardians, not Quill nor Thor. He's the most mature and level headed at the end of endgame.
Yeah but does he actually want that though?
In all iterations he seems comfortable just being there as the resident genius and tech expert free to do his own thing.
I can kinda relate being second in command is usually less pressure and you have the leader as your shield you support from the back if things go bad.
@@kennethsatria6607 That's a great input honestly, and I hadn't thought of that. He may be the most qualified, but if he's not willing, he still wouldn't be an effective leader. I guess Quill still has to prove his competence if he wants to be the captain again.

His emotional pep talk with Thor got me unexpectedly. After knowing that the Guardians were all he had after losing his cage friends.. it’s just so touching. Tough love for sure but you can tell he really cares, about everyone. I would love for Rocket and Thor to see each other again, they had really good chemistry.

Drax used to roast raccoons over a fire but rocket is the real roaster here
Now i know why Rocket always want to get some inmate’s phrostetic leg, some ravager’s robotic eyes, and Bucky’s robotic arm……it reminds him of his old friend from Batch 89
