Ight major spoilers so read at your own risk. The reason why zenitsu looks like that is because of the letter that he received. What happend was that zenitsu wasn't the only one training under his master he had another deciple that was also taught lightning breathing but this deciple was jealous of zenitsu because he was favorited by the teacher because of how he was anyway he said that zenitsu is pathetic because he only know 1 breathing for where as he knows all of them but the first form. (Whiych is the only one zenitsu knows) anyways the deciple accidents comes across upper rank 1 demon and looses (obviously) and he crawls and begs for his life saying he will do anything so upper 1 turns him into a demon. Then the master finds out calls himself a disgrace and commits seppuku to in short term pay for his sins for training such a guy.
TLDR ............. What the letter said is that his master committed seppuku because one of his deciples chose to be a demon after losing a battle to upper rank 1.

Everyone one vs the 3 moons in the Infinity castle and the castle is destroy , 3 movies are coming, everyone vs muzan final form until dawn is the final Battle
The daughters song is a japanese new year's children song, called kazoe uta (countown song) which is a nice touch, considering that the arc after infinity castle is called "countown to sunrise" and the dragon and tiger thing is even better when you get the cultural reference that in east asian countries's mythology, they are enemies. So Muzan stretched himself so past the line that even enemies are angry and working together to put him down (Nezuko and Tamayo who are demons are working together with humans to do it, even the man he transformed in demon to distract people in Asakusa back in the first season had his part on it, with his blood demon art imobilizing Muzan) so that is a full circle and Muzan is being cornered really good.
That animation is top tier! I got goosebumps during the tiger and the dragon speech. Also during Gyomei's scream saying it was Muzan. I felt that scream in my soul. I also go goosebumps when we heard Rengoku's voice. Looking forward to watching your reactions to the movies.
Ubuyashiki has 5 kids (check the opening of this arc.) also his wife and kid know about the explosives. But to ensure muzan lets his guard down 2 kids had to remain in the house... His remaining kids are hidden. Ubuyashiki is a master of hiding so for muzan to find him, he wanted to be found. its definitely the endgame
