Ingredients: (mold diameter 22 cm)
Flour - 230 g / 1.4 cups
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Butter - 100g / 3.5oz
Egg - 1 piece
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Strawberry - 300g / 10.5oz
Corn starch - 1 tbsp
Cream:
Sour cream - 100 g / 3.5 oz.
Condensed milk - 100g / 3.5oz
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) 25 - 30 minutes
