Loved the intro Dude - "took my breath away". As for the product ..... Hmmmmm. Am reminded of Corrinda's words on "Swami holdouts" which I will approximately quote as - 'there is no shortage of magic dealers willing to part you from your money'.

Love the intro! Great review, Nique. It's really nice to see a wallet (or pouch) made of a really durable material, and I commend Dee Christopher and The 1914 for doing that. Looks like it should last for many years.

Thanks for the review! I was honestly debating between maverick and other 1914 products to purchase. This will be a nice to have but not now. $80 will go towards other great 1914 products.

MaverNique😉 … marvelous review. Hard to resist especially as most of the wallets get tight quickly. Love the Orphic, but with some amount of billets, ESP cards and some credit card effect it’s so stuffed, that I use rubber bands to hold it together. This is handy for performance of rubber band magic, but not really stylish😅
is the orphic peek good? want to get one primarily for the peek
@@jameeyg87 it all depends on your routine and preferences. It is super clear and to me really deceptive. The tutorial is very good and gives lots of tips for routining. If you are a card guy (or want to use bigger items or business cards) I would recommend the Orphic +, which handles a bit easier for me as the slots for billets, credit cards etc. are a bit larger so there is no fumbling (which could ruin a routine). Interestingly I found a thin pen and a way to fit/hold it in the Orphic.Thus that built in pen holder feature of the maverick is very welcome for me 😊

Great review, thanks for that! Man, I really need to get a Maverick, too, that looks so incredibly good. Btw, I own one of those Yes-No-Coins, and I haven't really figured out what to do with it. Can you say something about that routine you mentioned?
Just briefly, I use it to apparently narrow down what card a spectator has chosen sight unseen.

I found a roll of paper for a kid’s easel that’s like the paper from paperbacks. It’s from a local stationery store so it was a stroke of luck haha!

Speaking of the 1914 products, have you had a chance to mess around with Clairvoyant? I tried to get someone to order it for me because they were only selling it to people in the UK/EU and they only were going to have 100 sets... I just missed out on it before they sold out 😢 also anyone that is reading this, if you have a set that you can possibly part with, I'll take them! Great review Niq as always!

EDC is a typical amateur idea. But maybe necessary for an artist growing into professionalism…
