I dont play the sims and i have no idea why the sims got recommended to me but i love the pacific northwest and ill happily follow along. The game shop would fit in, the PNW has a huge retro game scene. If you do the Haunted house then the house should be in the style of a early 20th century Praire style home. There are a few of these homes left in Vancouver and Seattle, these homes are usually the ones that are considered "Haunted". Also for your overall neighborhood, i am not sure if it is in the game but id suggest you find some Salish style art. Both Vancouver and Seattle are very proud of the indigenous communities and both cities have Beautiful salish totem polls or carved statues of Salish Ravens and Whales.

@@burdie773 No problem. Id also suggest maybe doing an indoor pool/gym. Those are very common in the cities surrounding Seattle and Vancouver. Practically every city has its own indoor pool and rec gym.
As for your regular homes look up the "Vancouver special". It is a type of home that was built by the government post ww2 and they are all OVER Vancouver. I grew up in one and so did nearly all of my friends. These types of homes can even be found in Washington state because of how spacious they were and easy to build. Id say your neighborhood would require a few of these for sure and they should all be on the same street because in the real world they are usually condensed in the same areas.
