How to Preserve Fresh Jalapeños for More than 3 Months Outside the Frigde - Self Sufficient Living

Bonjour! Last vegetable garden season I had so many jalapenos, a type of Mexican pepper, that I didn't know where to put them anymore. By then, I had already canned, oiled, dried a lot of them, and given them to a neighbor. You can see what I did with the rest of the jalapenos in this video. Perhaps a helpful tip!

Weer iets bijgeleerd...jalapenos...heb het moeten opzoeken, maar zijn groene poivrons zoals wij in België zeggen. Kan die hier aan de Belgische kust, ook goed kweken maar dan in een koude kas

Ze kunnen wel wat hebben jalapenos, ik zaai ze in april voor in de caravan en vanaf half mei gaan ze in de vollle grond. Ik heb nog geen kas. Die staat nog op het verlanglijstje. Jalapenos zijn makkelijk te vetbouwen en veel opbrengst.
