Wow…beautiful home. The kitchen and hidden butler’s pantry are phenomenal. I have seen nice hidden pantries before, but not with that many appliances. The closet in the primary is very impressive…definitely one of the nicest in Cape Coral by far.
The lighting throughout the home is also really beautiful. To me, it makes SUCH a difference when a builder splurges on lighting vs installing builder grade junk. Love to see it when a builder goes all out on a home that sits on incredible lot…a beautiful lot deserves a beautiful home.
For me, the only miss was not putting the kitchen sink in the island…but I think pretty much everyone could overlook that considering how fabulous that kitchen is👍🏻 Great tour!
Karen also mentioned the sink not being on the island. There was a gentleman who commented on an earlier video saying he doesn’t like the sink in the island. I thought the hidden kitchen was very nice as well
Beautiful home!! Just 2 things on the video...wish we could have seen a better view of the bedroom/pool bathroom light. We didn't get a clear shot, but from what I could tell it was really nice. Also, was that a fire pit out by the pool? I didn't hear you mention it. Would have been nice to get a direct shot of it. Other than that great video!
They had a small fire feature in the little sunken in sitting area. To be honest I thought it was a spa at first then realized it was a seating area with a small fire feature.
One of my favorite homes I’ve seen in this area. They really hit it out of the park. If I had to critique something I would say that the doors leading to the second kitchen should somehow slide in out of the way.
