The Key To Bias (IRL and ERL)

An in-depth explanation of how you can use ERL and IRL to find the direction the market is heading in. External and internal range liquidity are at the core of what the market does. Remember, it only does 2 things: Seek liquidity and offer fair value. Understanding this we can now build a trading system on simply Fair Value Gaps (FVGs) and swing high and lows. I go over 3 examples here on 3 different markets (futures.forex, and crypto). This concept works an all markets and is the key to finding direction and bias!

i realize you dont pay attention to any candles to your left. After i framed my daily bias , i'm always afraid of candles on the left especially if it has a HTF FVG, i'm afraid it will go against my daily bias. What should we do about the ERLs/IRLs towards the left?
