So good to hear this guy talking sensibly and not immediately pushing any panic buttob. I'm sure the Boss also knows he's got the support from the Piatak family, but he also has to produce the goods, and I'm sure he is already preparing a squad to do so. I, for one, am looking forward to this new chapter in our history. COYB 💙💙
I certainly have total belief. Tom and family are clearly formidable people. Our recruiting strategy will be clearly more effective. Stepping out of a comfort zone will bring improvement. Yeah, we have gone down but our club is going to grow and be a real asset and the pride of Cumbria. UTB
Really enjoy listening to this guy as he speaks a lot of positive & commonsense approach! We might be back in league 2 next season but the difference is thd nes owners are on it 100% & Simmo is definitely the manager to carry out what is required for another tilt at promotion 😊🎉
I do like the Piatak family. Big summer coming up for the owners and management team. I just hope Tom Snr is keeping his beady eyes on the recruitment team as they have failed, him, the club and most importantly the fans in what has been a truly turgid season. PS & co - you have let the fans down and need to do so much better.
big summer first ten games if not close to top, family have decision to make regarding manager, coaches etc, they have faith in simpson abbot etc im not so sure all fans on board time will tell,UTB
@@andrewswinglehurst8102 exactly cant live on what done in past in league 2,worst record in world football surely even last season really poor patch 10-11 games without a win, very lucky to still be here no other clubs would have it surely be away 100%
This season has clearly been a disaster but Simmo had nothing to work with in the summer and by January it was too late (who wants to join a club at the bottom of the league and in the middle of nowhere). I’d say that if we’re not in the top 10 by October time then they’ll probably have to make the decision to let him go
Clueless, talks stats and analytics yet ignores the glaringly obvious and leaves simpson in charge after that absolute train crash of a season no excuse not ruthless enough
Retains one of the worst performing managers in the country, responsible for one of the poorest points hauls in the history of the league 1, a shocking run that goes back to January last year and then claims analytics and stats are going to be used to inform decision making 😂😂😂
@TonyEnglandUK can't fault their intentions or their financial backing, it just feels like they need someone with an experienced football background around the place on a daily basis, be that a director of football or just someone here permanently looking out for their investment. It needs to be someone who has no attachment to the current shower, someone to set and drive targets and objective, look at the wrexham model! If they don't I suspect theyll lose an awful lot of money finding out it should have been one of the first things they wished they'd put in place. It's all seems too comfortable at the minute, which creates an environment where failure is accepted.

Respect his loyalty to Simmo we will go straight back up.
Not an easy fix for a new owner! Yoyo team that cufc fans have seen before under knighton!!! Best wishes for the new season ahead.
I love this man

This summer recess will give the club time to regroup and not rush in to buying wrong players
its a shame we got relegated. but we need to build foundations
The team are gelling together. What is he talking about.

Everyone will be calling for Simmo to be sacked if they start badly tbh Simmo should of been gone ages ago

He should have gone long ago, he let us down badly this season.

@@brynjones5729 They're still judging Simpson on past glory. Imagine if this season had been a new manager producing the same results. .
