Yeah same my local ponds/ lakes bass feed on those purple tinted bluegills with orange bellies. They loooove that color in anything especially crankbaits. From Northern California

Those Hybrid Jigs sure are 'Purdy'. I would have a hard time picking a favorite, but since the water I fish usually has a stain to it, I would go with the darker or natural color jigs.

The swim jig is still a lure I have yet to get a bass on. I'm a bank angler and most of the water I have access to is devoid of grass all year. Where else should I try throwing the swim jig?
Tactical bassin has videos saying not to use a swimbait with a chatterbait and spinnerbait because it works against the the vibration unless you turn the swimbait upside down or trim the paddle tail
Well yeah but for the chatter bait specifically, that’s only if you still want the erratic action. I use paddle tails just as much as a straight tail and catch just as many fish with the jig only vibrating instead of being erratic
