1/4 CUP WATER
2 TBSP SUGAR
1 TSP YEAST
MIX
KEEP FOR 10 MIN.
2 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TBSP POWDER MILK
1/2 TSP SALT
2 TBSP YOGURT
1 TBSP OIL
MIX
ADD SOME WATER
MAKE FINE DOUGH
RUB SOME OIL
COVER
KEEP FOR 10 MIN. IN WARM PLACE
DOUGH IS READY
DIVIDE IN EQUAL
ROLL THE DOUGH
FRY/BAKE ON STOVE
BRUSH SOME BUTTER

I made it yesterday. I used the recipe given in the video but I used 2 cups flour instead. Highly suggest to reduce the amount of yeast a lot. My naan smelled a little bad. It was sooo soft and everyone loved it
Did you use luke warm water or normal water

Ofcourse that was bound to happen if you reduced the amount of flour
Easy and turned out really well. Follow the video amounts, adding more water as needed to form a soft dough (knead about 150 x). Portion out to 8 naans, 1/4” thick. I added 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese to flavour the dough and brushed with garlic butter after frying (second side with bubbles). A great snack! This is the first recipe that worked out for me and not difficult.
My husband and I have been following only your naan recipe for around 2 years. This is so freaking yummyy and softtt. Tysm for these lovely videos. Keep up your work.
I've made this countless times but don't use milk powder,I use milk,and yoghurt before I was using baking powder was always amazing but since I first seen this I've been using yeast instead what a difference. ❤️ just need to say I was confused by title as I've NEVER used eggs.

I've used ur recipe. OMG it was delicious. I am able to made 8 pieces from urs. It was amazing. Seriously. I also put cheese, mushroom and olives inside when I rolled the bread. It was legit. Thanks a lot akka.

@@user-vk3oi7dc8h yes if u put it into an air tight packaging. I use this recipe so many times n it always soft. Just u need to ensure ir yeast r freshly open. Bcoz several times when i made this it didn't rise properly bco of the yeast aren't active.
I'm Indian and I once ate at a Pakistani restaurant in Sharjah and that's when I discovered naans could be this way too. They were soft and fluffy and delicious much like how the ones in this video look. Instantly fell in love. Must say I was very impressed with the food, especially since it was at a mall. I detest mall food usually.

its safe to say that when u start to bake it, you need to keep flipping it constantly so it could puff up like that, dont let it sit on one side too long, *bubbles means flip*
Thanks for the tip. I just made them and was wondering why it didn't puff up like in the video. They are still puffy though.

It'll be thicker and not as airy. Is there whole wheat bread flour? If so, try that or "white wheat" and sift it twice. If you don't have a sifter, just put it in a wire mesh colander and shake it through.

Written recipe is different from recipe in video. Some of the measurements are off, may want to correct that.
I have also.noted that. Video shows 3 cups AP flour and recipe shows 2 cups

This looks like a Moroccan kind of bread called Mkhamer or Batbout, but not as naan, in which no yeast is added.
In the MMoroccan bread yeast is added and water only and no no milk. It doesn't need oven to be done.
Anyway, it looks good.

This looks like the bread my mom makes amd my mom is moroccan it is called ‘Tashnift’
You're right, but a tashnift is made with semolina and the result doesn't look like gummy like this one. This one is more like batbout or pita, but with all purpose flour instead of whole wheat flour
