Scar remembered wrong. if Ken won, Ken would formally retire from the game and never play again. it had nothing to do with being the People's Champ

+BaseSixtyFour Yes, that happened in front of the stream. However, Scar said "Let's go to Kings of Cali" implying that the tournament hasn't happened yet. My assumption is that they were trash talking on Smashboards or something and Ken just said his part of the bet as a joke.
