    Game changer!!! Last night I watched your video on 'walking'--who knew! Nose aligned over belly button when walking--I tried it and honestly, what a difference. I've been focusing all day--nose aligned over belly button. It's amazing. Thank you. I love all your videos.

    Coach it’s amazing!! You’re a great person!! I just love the way you motivate me to do exercises and you seem to do it so easily!!
    The entire attitude to look at exercises has changed !!! Rather than how to attain the perfect posture in every single exercise ( which seems really impossible) ; you tell me to feel good in your body is more important; the way you can go this far is the best!!
    That’s a total change in the approach!!!

    I love what you're doing for me n others. I'm 70yo with osteoporosis in my knee n foot issues. Your exercises seems more tailored to my needs minus anything involving getting on my knees😮

    I could do this in the park with a bench, with one of those timers that beep and include rest intervals. Can’t wait to start this workout.

    For my advanced age and weight, these are working out good for me. What do you do when they no longer become challenging? Add a vest or increase the sets? Are there other exercises similar that I can advance to instead of those ideas? Many thanks!

    The time multiplier in HIIT comes from going very hard

      I was a participant in an HIIT study at my local university with all our vitals precisely measured, before, during and after, and we all proved that it is indeed true.
