Coach it’s amazing!! You’re a great person!! I just love the way you motivate me to do exercises and you seem to do it so easily!! The entire attitude to look at exercises has changed !!! Rather than how to attain the perfect posture in every single exercise ( which seems really impossible) ; you tell me to feel good in your body is more important; the way you can go this far is the best!! That’s a total change in the approach!!!

For my advanced age and weight, these are working out good for me. What do you do when they no longer become challenging? Add a vest or increase the sets? Are there other exercises similar that I can advance to instead of those ideas? Many thanks!

I was a participant in an HIIT study at my local university with all our vitals precisely measured, before, during and after, and we all proved that it is indeed true.
I wish you would do a follow along video with all these exercises so we could all simply do a guided routine.
